The Upper Merion Area School District hired Reynolds to provide preconstruction and construction management for two new elementary schools of roughly 525 students each. To alleviate overcrowding, the District is replacing both Caley and Gulph Elementary Schools, which were originally constructed in the 1960s.
The addition of these new buildings will give the District some much-needed flexibility to begin offering kindergarten as a full day program thus getting away from half day kindergarten. The added space will offer greater flexibility with their elementary population and the expected growth in the future.
