Harrisburg, PA – With more than 24 years of service to Reynolds, Damion Spahr has been promoted to executive vice president in recognition of his substantial contributions to the continued growth of the company. In this role, he will combine his deep understanding of the challenges facing his clients and the project delivery methods that will help them overcome those challenges.
Since joining Reynolds in 1994, Spahr has served as a project executive, program manager, director of business development, and vice president. He established the company’s King of Prussia office and has been responsible for both sales and nurturing the development of many key clients throughout Pennsylvania.

Based in Harrisburg, Spahr holds a bachelor of architectural engineering with a construction management concentration from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Construction Management Association of America.
