Scott Palmquist Joins Reynolds to Develop Business in Western Pennsylvania
FOX CHAPEL, PA – Reynolds is pleased to announce that Scott Palmquist has joined the company as director of business development for western Pennsylvania. He will be based in Reynolds’ Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania, office.
Palmquist brings more than 31 years of experience in building relationships within the local government, higher education, and K-12 markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. His previous positions include vice president of business development for a western Pennsylvania architecture firm and 21 years in facilities management for school, correctional, and county government clients.

Palmquist attended The Pennsylvania State University and is active in professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials, American Correctional Association, Ohio School Boards Association, and Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs.
Reynolds is a Harrisburg-based professional services firm that provides preconstruction and construction management services, building commissioning and MEP design engineering, energy services, general construction, and restoration services for both public and private clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
