HARRISBURG, PA – Earlier this month, Reynolds participated in the 2015 United Way Trike Race. Reynolds has supported the United Way for 20 years and will continue to do so because they offer many different ways to donate to a cause, giving employees the ability to give to a charity of their choice. Rayna Miller, Accounting Clerk, notes “the United Way of the capital Region understands people want their hard-earned dollars to stretch as far as possible. That’s why 100 percent of the money United Way of the Capital Region raises and distributes from individual donors in our community, is directed to programs and services.” This is a charity Rayna holds very close to her heart, “donating money and time was not something my family did when I was growing up,” she said, “when I was asked to help run the campaign and participate with the coordinator council six years ago, I said yes to see what it was all about. I enjoy running our company’s campaign, and volunteering my time to the United Way. My absolute favorite part is volunteering for the children in our region because they didn’t ask to be in the situations they find themselves in.” The Reynolds team consisted of Rob Strickler (Director of Business Development), Garrett Lewis (Business Development Manager), Anthony Worrall (President of Reynolds Restoration Services), and Jeff Smeiles (Performance Assurance Specialist). As a team, they placed third overall and won an award for the tallest team.
Congratulations and thank you to everyone who came out to support us.
