Reynolds & Senior Professional to Receive Accolades

Reynolds, a full-service building solutions provider based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Todd Buzard, LEED AP, Reynolds’ Vice President of Pre-Construction Services have received accolades from the United States Green Building Council – Central PA Chapter and will be honored at the 2017 Forever Green ceremony & dinner on Thursday, November 30th at Historic Acres of Hershey.

Reynolds will be recognized in the Specialty & Volunteer Awards Category for their partnership with five other organizations for the Icehouse Demonstration project, aimed at bringing attention to the energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness of high-performance building solutions. The two icehouse buildings were unveiled on June 6th of this year on the Pennsylvania Capitol steps.

Buzard will be honored as Volunteer of the Year, a recognition bestowed upon individuals for their exemplary leadership and dedication to the chapter. In addition to being an active member in the chapter, Buzard was instrumental in the construction and logistics of the two icehouse buildings. He has also been recognized previously for five years of dedicated board service.

The Forever Green ceremony and dinner is an annual recognition of companies, individuals, and institutions that demonstrate exemplary commitment and achievements in creating a more sustainable future.  The awards focus on green schools, historic preservation, renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable development, LEED and more.
