HARRISBURG, PA — Reynolds was ranked among businesses in eight local counties by Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) in two categories: Agency Construction Managers (CM) and General Contractors.
On the Agency CM list, Reynolds placed second as ranked by 2015 local agency CM revenue, with a total of $4.85 million. According to CPBJ, agency construction management is a fee-based service in which the construction manager oversees the owner’s interests in the building process, acting as its agent. This differs from at-risk construction management, where the construction manager is also the project’s general contractor.
On the General Contractors list, Reynolds placed 15th as ranked by 2015 local revenue. Reynolds reported $40 million in education, healthcare, government, office, and hospitality market-related revenue.
Reynolds performed general construction services on the Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory in Hershey, PA, which broke ground in 2015.
