Oakmont, PA – Reynolds’ Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office has moved from Fox Chapel to Oakmont, effective May 8. The move accommodates the company’s growing staff and provides a more modern and collaborative work environment to enhance client service.

Established in 2015, the Pittsburgh office provides construction management, energy, engineering, and commissioning services. Reynolds’ legacy in the greater Pittsburgh area is evident in the many projects completed and underway there, including construction of the new Peters Township and Armstrong Jr./Sr. High Schools, renovations to Woodland Hills Academy, investment grade audits at Mount Pleasant Area and Juniata Valley School Districts, and multiple commissioning projects at the University of Pittsburgh. The office is one of four Reynolds locations, and serves a wide array of public and private clients, including K-12 education, higher education, and healthcare.

New staff in the Oakmont location include:
Michael Arnold, CFM, CDT, LEED AP, vice president of construction management services. Arnold will be responsible for preconstruction and construction services for Reynolds’ projects across the state. He has 31 years of experience in all aspects of design and construction, and has been responsible for more than 175 projects, valued at more than $5 billion.
Daniel Doyle, CDT, project manager. Doyle will serve as project manager for the construction of the new Altoona Area High School in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The 395,000-square-foot, $88 million high school is expected to open in the fall of 2020. Throughout his 37-year career, Doyle has managed over $250 million in construction projects, including K-12 schools throughout western Pennsylvania.
Patrick Crummie, CDT, LEED Green Associate, project manager. Crummie will be the project manager at Peters Township School District’s new high school. A recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a master’s degree in construction management, Crummie has worked as a project engineer on healthcare projects throughout western Pennsylvania.
Nikolas Kindya, assistant project manager. Kindya is a recent graduate of Penn State Harrisburg with a bachelor’s degree in structural design and engineering technology. He will be working on projects in Armstrong and Juniata Valley School Districts.
Ellen Jerina, project coordinator. Jerina will work closely with the project managers and on-site construction managers to provide project documentation control. Her strong communication skills and dedication to customer service will enhance project task efficiency and accuracy.
