Harrisburg, PA – To bolster support and leadership of Reynolds’ field staff in central and southeastern Pennsylvania, John Dudash, CPC, has been promoted to Regional Manager for Field Operations. In this newly created position, Dudash will support on-site construction staff by coordinating shared labor and equipment resources for Reynolds’ projects, strengthening Reynolds’ subcontractor relationships, and creatively solving problems. Working with Reynolds’ Director of Construction Operations and other executives, Dudash also will focus on jobsite safety programming and training.

Dudash joined Reynolds in 1994 as an On-Site Construction Manager. His successfully completed projects include additions and renovations to UPMC Pinnacle and Hershey Lodge, the new David L. Soltz Hall at Bloomsburg University, and new construction or additions/renovations on schools throughout central and southeastern Pennsylvania. Dudash received a Bachelor of Science in structural design and construction engineering technology from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991. He is a Certified Professional Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors and received a Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.
