Reynolds Construction Management Inc., was started in 1994 by Rick Reynolds to pursue public sector construction management opportunities in Central Pennsylvania. Over the next 20 years, Reynolds Construction would grow to include over 100 construction professionals and a family of construction service companies. The Reynolds Companies evolved with the additions of Reynolds Consulting Engineers (’99), Reynolds Restoration Services (’05), and Reynolds Energy Services (’08).
As Reynolds’ array of service offerings grew to meet customer demands, the family of construction service companies became involved in more complex and higher-profile projects. Projects included the Milton Hershey School expansion, Bedford Springs Resort & Conference Center, the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex renovations, Harrisburg International Airport, the School District of Philadelphia Administration Building, Lancaster County Convention Center & Penn Square Marriott, the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and many more. Since 1994, the Reynolds Companies provided construction, engineering and energy consulting services for more than 250 projects with a total construction value of over $3 billion dollars.
For over 20 years the Reynolds staff has remained committed to the success of our clients, employees and the communities that we serve. Recognizing the demand for construction services, especially when offered in value-added combinations, the Reynolds Companies became Reynolds Enterprises in early 2014. As a unified Reynolds, we are a building solutions firm capable of delivering lower-cost facilities projects, long-term operational savings and better project value. The set of services we offer is unique for a construction services firm and provides innovative project delivery opportunities to our clients.
Today, we serve clients in the K-12 education, higher education, government, corrections, healthcare, hospitality/entertainment, commercial, industrial and residential marketplaces.
