Appreciation and Recognition
Reynolds Employee Appreciation Week packs an entire week with fun-filled activities. Some activities include jobsite visits, parties, and contests. Reynolds has an Employee Recognition Program that rewards individual employees for civic, professional and career achievements. Also, there are work anniversary awards starting at 5 years of employment.
Every year Reynolds hosts several employee events that that include a family picnic, a holiday party and golf outing. The employee-led Social Committee also plans additional recreational activities throughout the year that have included bus trips to New York City, river kayaking, bowling, and minor league baseball games. We encourage on-the-clock fun, too – especially when it’s for a good cause like the Annual United Way Tricycle Race.
