Reynolds Expands Management Team

HARRISBURG, PA Following a year of increased construction activity, Reynolds is expanding their senior management team to meet growing demand in general construction and energy performance contracting services. Construction professionals Andrew Cecere, EIT, CPC, LEED AP, and James Paschke, CHC, CPC, LEED
 AP, have joined Reynolds, and Timothy Werner, HCC, LEED AP BD+C, was promoted as part of Reynolds’ growth plan.img_0720

Cecere, the director of construction operations, is filling a new role that will oversee day-to-day operation of at-risk construction. He is returning to Central Pennsylvania after 13 years in the metro Washington, DC, area, where he managed projects such as a new $55 million, 256,000-square-foot high school and a $13
 million multi-phased building renovation. He holds a bachelor of architectural engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Building Enclosure Council. He is a Certified Professional Constructor and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Paschke, senior project manager for healthcare construction, brings 28 years of experience to the Reynolds team. He holds a bachelor of architectural engineering and construction management from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Healthcare Constructor, Certified Professional Constructor, and LEED Accredited Professional. He previously worked for Reynolds, where he managed projects such as the $52 million renovation and restoration of the Bedford Springs Resort.

Werner has been promoted to chief estimator for general construction and energy performance contracting projects, where he will lead the estimating team and be responsible for estimating and procuring at-risk work. He had previously served for 10 years as estimator and preconstruction manager for Reynolds, and has a total of 30 years of industry experience. Werner is a graduate of Shippensburg University and a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Healthcare Construction Certificate.
