Tom Ridge Environmental Center at Presque Isle

Project Background

Reynolds was contracted to commission the new Tom Ridge Environmental Center at Presque Isle in Erie, PA. The new 41,000-square-foot facility is LEED Silver Certified and serves as an entrance to the Presque Isle State Park, a research facility and an educational facility.

The new center includes a grand lobby, food service and gift shop areas, a children’s discovery center, conference and classroom spaces, research laboratories, a large screen format theater, regional transportation and general office spaces, and an observation deck.
