State Correctional Institute at Fayette

Project Background

Reynolds was awarded a contract for building commissioning services for the new state correctional institution in Fayette County. The new 670,000-square-foot state prison has 1,216 medium and maximum security cells.

Systems commissioned:

  • Fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and controls.

Reynolds also provided retro-commissioning of the high temperature hot water system at the 700,000-square-foot and state-of-the-art maximum-security prison in Forest County, PA.
