Reynolds was hired as the construction manager at-risk for the construction of a new office building that is now serving as the headquarters for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). Reynolds also provided enhanced building commissioning services for the project. Reynolds commissioned the following systems: HVAC, day lighting, control systems, plumbing, and electrical.
This class “A” office building stands eight stories tall and spans 178,000 square feet. The pre-cast structure has three levels of parking garage space and five floors of executive offices and general office space. In 2005, the building achieved LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
