Pennsylvania State Farm Show Complex

Project Background

Reynolds was awarded a contract to manage the extensive additions and renovations to the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex. The scope of the project included the construction of a new 175,000-square-foot exposition center, 68,000-square-foot connector link, a new 96,000-square-foot equine arena and barn and a new 4,500-square-foot chiller plant.

The project also included extensive renovations throughout the facility including: dormitory and commissary modifications, creating a Family Living Center, adding air conditioning to existing meeting rooms and the large and small arenas. Additionally, all of the hand railings in the large arena were replaced.
