Northeast Regional Center

Project Background

Reynolds was hired by the Community College of Philadelphia to provide construction management and enhanced commissioning (LEED) services for the additions and renovations project at their Northeast Regional Center.

The renovation, remodeling and expansion project ultimately converted the existing 60,000-square-foot campus into 117,540 square feet of space.  It is comprised of a three-story addition to the existing building.  Renovations included a two-story, glass-enclosed, entry atrium.

The project has earned LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
