Job Summary:

This newly created position will manage and lead the Marketing and Proposal efforts for Construction Management, General Construction, Energy Contracting, MEP Design, Commissioning and Emergency Restoration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages, and works directly on, statement of qualifications, proposals and presentation activities
  • Prepares the marketing plan and develops marketing budget
  • Plans marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished and deadlines are met
  • Manages client contact program with assistance from the Business Development staff
  • Manages, trains and mentors marketing staff and delivers/coordinates marketing-related technical staff training
  • Manages collateral materials development, public relations, and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, direct-mail programs, and market research activities
  • Identifies specialized consulting firms as need for advertising, public relations, or graphic design

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Basic understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry terminology and delivery methods
  • Superior writing skills for proposal preparation and development
  • Knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resource files
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of and proficiency using Adobe products (Photoshop & InDesign) preferred
  • CPSM certification preferred
