As a partner and Chief Executive Officer, Dave focuses on strategic planning and asset development. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the general construction division; including administration, business development, project management, and staffing. He has been with the company since its inception 20 years ago.

Education: Pennsylvania State University – 1979, Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, Construction Management 

Jeffrey P. Merritt, CCM, CPC

Years of Experience: 30

As a partner and Chief Operating Officer, Jeff focuses on strategic planning and asset development. He is president of Reynolds’ construction management team and oversees its day-to-day operations; including administration, business development, project management, and staffing. He has been with Reynolds for 20 years.

Education: Pennsylvania State University – 1985, Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, Construction Management 

Anthony P. Worrall

Years of Experience: 16

As partner and Chief Financial Officer of Reynolds, Anthony focuses on strategic planning and asset development. Additionally, he is also the president of Reynolds’ restoration services and oversees its day-to-day operations; including administration, business development, project management, and staffing. He joined Reynolds 15 years ago.

Education: Lycoming College – 1999, Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting
