At Reynolds, we are not just a group of employees; we are a team helping each other achieve our goals professionally, personally, and socially. We strive to create a stimulating and rewarding workplace through…

Diversity
It is Reynolds’ policy to provide equal employment and business opportunities for all persons, partnerships, companies, and corporations, and to prohibit discrimination in employment and business practices because of race, color, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, sex, ancestry, or national origin.

Education
Reynolds’ employees are encouraged to continue their education, both through in-house training and external instruction. We encourage team members to earn professional certifications and designations. Reynolds pays for individual training exercises and provides tuition reimbursement for approved continuing education courses.

Appreciation and Recognition
Reynolds Employee Appreciation Week packs an entire week with fun-filled activities. Some activities include jobsite visits, parties, and contests. Reynolds has an Employee Recognition Program that rewards individual employees for civic, professional and career achievements. Also, there are work anniversary awards starting at 5 years of employment.

Fun
Every year Reynolds’ hosts several employee events that that include a family picnic, a holiday party and golf outing. The employee-led Social Committee also plans additional, recreational activities throughout the year that have included bus trips to New York City, river kayaking, bowling, and minor league baseball games. We encourage on-the-clock fun, too – especially when it’s for a good cause like the Annual United Way Tricycle Race.

“Reynolds’ project team routinely provided problem-solving capabilities and insight into anticipated challenges. In particular, the projects’ building envelope was comprised of many unique elements. And Reynolds successfully procured and assembled the various components.”
